Transport routing — who we call, and where
This is the transport ladder our dispatchers actually work from, shown straight out of the live system. It comes from the charts your office supplied — 2.2 JA2 for Arizona and 2.2 JA3 for California — plus the follow-up emails since. We take the pick-up location, resolve it to a county (and in California to one of the numbered areas on your map), then call the companies in the order below.
When every company assigned to that county has declined, we call your on-call staff for direction. We never substitute a company your charts do not name.
